Security Upgrade Information:
How does it work?
In order to make your online banking experience as secure as possible, we have deployed security features that may help detect any uncharacteristic or unusual behavior involving your account.
What is it?
1. We will ask you a few additional security questions to verify your identify. These are questions that either you have established or only you should know
2. We will ask you to verify your identity by inputting a confirmation number which we will provide to you as a text message or a phone call to the number we already have on record for your account.
If anything out of the ordinary is detected or a transaction you are requesting is considered high risk we will use one of the following methods to verify your identify.
We will also ask you to select and name a Personal Image.This is a security feature that lets you verify that you are logging on to our legitimate site, and not an imitation site designed by a criminal.
By utilizing these extra security measures someone trying to gain unlawful access to your accounts should be stopped, even if they had your User ID and password.
